VoyBird provides travel information services to global users through websites and WeChat mini-programs, including Mount Fuji visibility observation, Japanese fireworks festival information, and ocean viewing index. These services are for reference only and do not constitute any promise or guarantee regarding travel, consumption or investment.

Eligibility

You must have full capacity for civil conduct to use our services. If you are under 18, please use them under a guardian's supervision and consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: violate laws, regulations or public morals; access or interfere with our systems without authorization; upload or publish illegal or infringing content; or harm our legal rights or those of other users in any way.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, interface designs and code on this site belong to us or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

Accounts & Data

Our services are primarily informational and generally do not require an account. If account services are offered in the future, you must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account.
